This project is in southern Maryland on the St. Mary's River. The house had extensive weather damage that required the exterior walls to be rebuilt. The job also required new windows, siding and soffit work to be installed. To complete the project and ensure that the same problem would not occur again, a dry well drainage system was installed around the house.
