The Owner...
...Justin M. Balchun
Justin has been working in residential construction since 2001. He has spent time working with Pulte Homes in 2004 and Drees Homes in 2006.
In 2003 Justin started on his B.S. in Building Construction from Virginia Tech, which he finished in 2007. During that time, in 2006, he started Balchun Construction, LLC.
